I’m Karen Gill, a Holistic Health Associates Inc. member, a Reiki Teacher/Practitioner, and a Breathwork Facilitator. I'm a passionate advocate for personal growth, holistic healing, and the transformative power of nature. My journey has been one of discovery and evolution, leading me to create a space where individuals can find balance, peace, inner strength, and a deep connection to their true selves.
At First Star Enterprises, I believe in the symbiotic relationship between humans and nature. Just as a tree draws sustenance from its roots and reaches towards the sky, we too can find strength and healing by reconnecting with the natural world and ourselves. My mission is to guide you in nurturing your personal growth, embracing change, and finding harmony in mind, body, and spirit.

The root of Inspiration is Inspiritus, meaning to breathe life into. Here we breathe life into your soul.
Using sound, meditation, and vibrational healing, we connect back to source, to have a Divine conversation with your soul.
Living A Life Of Freedom, by aligning with the natural flow of life, our energy is restored and we are renewed.
